Learn practical ways of connecting with mindfulness during the joys and strains of motherhood in this mindfulness series designed to help you be the mom you wish to be: calm, present, and compassionate. This course will teach you simple techniques to feel more peace, joy, and balance, increase self-awareness, and navigate stressful situations with ease.  You will also learn valuable self-regulation techniques that promote thoughtful responses vs. reactions and skills that lead to more positive interactions with your children.

NOTE: This is part of a 3 week series.
