Mindful Family Rituals: Daily Habits for Wellness & Happiness

Rituals are powerful anchors in a family’s life: they offer a sense of safety and stability amidst change and stress, and help build connection, communication, and joy. Learn how to weave mindfulness into everyday family rituals to help you and your child(ren) experience more presence and ease, increase self-awareness, build empathy, nurture self-esteem, and cultivate resilience. Using breathing meditation, yoga, mindful play, kindness and gratitude games, mindful listening, affirmations, mindful art and communication, we will plant the seeds of calm and wellness for you and your family. Instructor: Shantal Alonso. Min/Max: 4/20

Note: This course is designed for parents and child(ren) to attend together.
