Gift your child with this empowering and playful workshop that weaves the healing benefits of mindfulness into fun and creative exercises that anyone can do. Your child will learn powerful tools of self-expression to calm their mind, deepen their self-awareness, build their confidence, improve their emotional intelligence and help them manage stress. We will make nature inspired art, mandalas, talking sticks, gratitude stones, appreciation chains, breathing wands, relaxation bottles, dream collages, mindful treasure chests and more! No art experience necessary. Please bring a journal and a pen.
