Hi, I’m Shantal, and I live my life with a strong commitment to the personal growth and well-being of those around me. As a mindfulness educator, writer, promoter, and life coach, I aim to connect and empower you with tools for positive change. I feel most rewarded when I act as a catalyst in your journey toward mindfulness, positive relationships, and personal growth, helping you achieve clarity, wellness, and balance.

My path in life led me through a long line of work in marketing, fundraising, business development, and communication support. Ultimately, I knew that I have an innate passion for helping people transform and enact positive change. My services span a broad range, but all connect in my desire to help you thrive.

I offer my life-long experience in the business world, my personal journey with empowerment, mindfulness, and personal growth, and my experience coaching others to become masters of their own path (not to mention the wisdom of my own journey through the joys and challenges of parenting!).
